While we may often refer to “God,” we are really thinking about the Triune God, or Three-in- One God: God the Father, God the Son (Jesus Christ), and God the Holy Spirit. Of this Trinity, we typically think of God as “God” in general terms, and of Jesus Christ as a nice, peace-loving man, but don’t know much about the Holy Spirit.
